I think I designed my first house for money, you know, right after I graduated.
I love the fact that there's something about the mission of what we're doing that's bigger than just drawing barn does, you know, as a job.
That's been one of the things that we've prided ourselves on since day one is like we offer something bigger than a career to come in and be a part of something
You get people that have this idea of a home they want to live in And you get to hold their hand and walk them through it and knowing you're going to design something that they're going to raise their family in or retire in.
So that's kind of the passion behind what drives me is helping someone get what they're trying to get, you know, like investing in their future by helping design something.
