This past March, we had 102 new families on board to build with us, and out of that, 43 of them haven't found their land yet.
Stuff that I couldn't sell five years ago for 15,000 an acre, we're getting 50,000 an acre now, and hard to get our hands on it.
So there's a, a bunch of things that not everybody takes into consideration when they're buying it.
And they were like, "Yeah, you know, we gotta put a culvert in and we gotta do all this stuff." And, but that was a delineated stream, and it blew their whole thing up.
Today, I am here to talk about something that's very important, um, and something that we talk about all the time, but it's because it's so important, and that is land and access to land, and where are you gonna build your home?
