All right, listeners and viewers, let's kick off by talking about why lead gen is broken today.

The traditional lead gen focuses on a lot of vanity metrics and short-term MQLs that don't convert.

It emphasizes quantity over quality, importantly, and it passes on a lot of unqualified contacts to the sales team, which creates a lot of tension and poor results all around, both for the marketing team and for the sales team.
