And so AI is a very interesting topic that's coming, reminds me of the old adage where you're in the tunnel and you can see the light at the end of the tunnel, right? You don't know if that's the light at the end of the tunnel or a freight train, but it's coming.

And so, you know, I read up on AI and, you know, we're becoming a very agentic world, so to speak, or everybody's trying it out.

How does it feel? Is it us? How much does it cost? What's our return on investment? So on and so forth.

But What sits underneath it, which I would love to claim fame that, well, that's exactly why I started OpsBox, but it's not.

But what it does do is provide that documentation that's the foundation for what I would call AI readiness.

So one thing just to jump into... saying we want to do some type of agent work of any kind.

But if there's not a foundation that AI could look back and look at workflows, you really are at a stuck point or it's not gonna work the way you want or worse, something's outdated and it grabs the outdated material and that probably could be your worst outcome so what do you do you end up rewriting a workflow well you're back from the beginning you're spending a lot of time energy and effort so you know ai really it can't improve what it can't see and so the interesting thing is we're all using it right now as kind of a single Like we all do.

How do I sound better? How do I sound more professional? They do it for research, whatever it does to improve their business.

So one of the greatest, most interesting things I heard recently was that what's so affronting about AI is it's taking, you know, the straight A student who worked their whole life to be knowledge aware and saying, oh, I can just go to chat.

So premise wise for me, I think We all would love to say that we've taken the time to make our business more, more, let me reverse that, less owner dependent.

Can't sell your company if it's, well, you can, but you may sell it at a discount.
