And whatever thoughts that you have, those are the thoughts that are going to create your life, your dreams, your health, your everything

mean trust me when I learned about like and I've read every self-help book under the sun y'all and I can remember thinking yeah thoughts become things and yeah just think positive right how do you think yourself away out of a migraine or joint pain or whatever right i didn't believe it until i learned more about neuroplasticity and neuroscience and the most important thing and maybe i'm more of like i'm like one of those i need proof you know like i need that scientific proof and an atom is 99.99999 percent energy which leaves only 0.00001% matter.

Your clothes, your face, your body, the lights, everything that you see and feel is 99% energy.

The point I want to make is that energy is so powerful and that if you focus on that and your thoughts, yes, are also energy.

Your beliefs, your values, everything holds energy and whatever you're putting out there and within you that is energy and in order to be able to heal to feel good to live the life that you want to live you have to start with how you think and believe and feel about yourself It's almost like you have to get outside of your body.

And I know that's hard and outside of your mind, you have to almost go, okay, almost be like a drone, you know,

flying over and observing yourself throughout the day and observe how you wake up in the morning, observe how you eat, observe how you take care of yourself and speak to yourself and how you speak to others, observe everything about you.

And it's that energy that actually moves you and can actually move sickness and disease out of your body so that you can actually be happy and healthy.

And I think that is a really great starting point, isn't it? That observation piece, because a lot of people find it challenging to get out of those vicious cycles, or perhaps we associate ourselves with a certain personality trait, or it's just the way that we've always been.

And then it is hard to start realising, actually, I am putting myself down all the time.

And it's something that it's taken me years to get to a point where I try not even when I'm talking to somebody to speak negatively about myself.

And actually, the place that I live and where I'm from in Yorkshire, we are quite used to putting ourselves down.

And it's the way that people feel like they're going to be more liked if they, you know, if they say something awful about themselves.

And I'm like, actually, we need to be a bit more positive and, and realize that we're worth, you know, changing our health for or changing our life for.
