It takes something, you know, with each interaction that you have, you feel like you're being judged.
You feel like you're like, everything has to be perfect.
I have to, this has to come out just right.
And for autistic people, the verbal piece is probably, you know, if we're, if we're able to sit down and write an email, you know, we live in a digital age.
If we're able to sit down and do some kind of written form of communication and That's always going to be a little bit easier because we have time to think about it and express it properly.
It's when we have to think on our toes in a face-to-face conversation or a meeting, whether it's one person that you're interacting with or it's multiple.
Those are going to be the situations that are more stressful because we have to get it right.
We have to get it right relatively fast.
We don't have time to think about it.
