And there are times where when she was little, if we were driving from Wanaka over the Crown Range to Queenstown, it's a windy and hilly road.

She would sometimes get a As soon as we hit the crown range, I'd say, Violet, go to sleep.

And why I'm sharing this is because I see our daytime activities as the masculine energy and our nighttime, restful, sleeping, quiet time activities as the feminine energy.

And ideally, I love to teach people to be able to process their experiences, their emotions in the moment or very soon after.

But the reason I see a lot of people get recurring dreams or recurring nightmares is because during the day, they're so busy with a masculine energy, their push, their do, their physical, which actually doesn't leave a lot of room.

Because why is it that we don't process our emotions? One is we don't know how, two is we don't give ourselves space and time.
