Where do we start? Do we start with the, the depression or do we start with the crush? Let's start with the depression.

[chuckles] And I'm gonna tell you how I utilize these two topics as big hooks, and also strategies in how everything is related into business.

But let's actually talk about the vulnerability around both of these topics first.

Like, everything was heavier than normal, and it felt really weird because it's like I've walked through way heavier things in my life, uh, to be like, "Ugh." And I wasn't...

There was bitterness, there was misalignment, and what happens when you're tolerating misalignment, even in small ways, as a projector, I wasn't seen, I wasn't recognized, I wasn't heard, and therefore, I also did not have the success that I knew I was capable of.

All of that, and just staying and waiting in my former business was really piling up in terms of, like, a weight.

And there wasn't much I could change about that except, ultimately, the change that I made.

Now, feeling the heaviness, and then more things intensifying, so circumstantially a whole bunch of things went, like, blew up and all of the things which then left the misalignment to become more misal- misalignment.

And as I've spoken about before, one of the unsexy sides of the fifth line of really starting to notice those patterns when things circumstantially starts to change, like, do I want to continue to repeat those patterns, especially when I'm feeling this heaviness? And the heaviness or aka depression, the heaviness was really the greatest gift because I probably could have carried that weight and just tolerated things and said it's fine, and continued to hold the potential.

[chuckles] No, no, no, no, no." At some point I gotta just say no to things and not continue on a path that doesn't feel good.
