Like when we've

had some good stuff, you know, that that's been released over the last couple of months.

Uh, so one of the ones that I, that I think is, uh, pretty interesting is, is we now support, uh, an interrupt agent flow block, uh, So one of the key use cases for this is the fact that now when, you know, in Connect Customer, when you've got an agent, even when that agent is at maximum concurrency, right, in terms of taking, you know, in terms of taking a call, what this allows you to do is let's say you're an auto body shop agent.

And your agent is on with the customer and they're waiting for a call back, right? From that particular auto body shop for a quote.

And that auto body shop calls, you want it to go back to that agent, right? Like it's urgent.

So how do you get to that agent from that perspective? So this is a way now where essentially you can have that, you know, that interrupt and drive that notification to the agent to say, hey, you've got this other important call.

That you need to then answer because you need to get the quote, you know, from the auto body shop.

So then you can close this out with a customer, right? That is, you know, trying to file this insurance claim.

So it's a, I think it's a really great feature for Connect, right? In terms of those types of use cases, you know, it's, it's also, you know, we hear this a lot in healthcare, right? In terms of being able to route, you know, very sensitive calls very quickly to the, you know, to the right.

to the agent or even to, you know, a nurse or a doctor, right? Like in terms of around those types of use cases.

So I think that's a great new feature that we've, you know, that we've introduced and really opens up, you know, for those kind of key use cases where that you're trying to manage, you know, multiple customers, right? Yeah, I
think, would it be fair to say that last agent routing was clever enough But in a properly functioning contact center, the chance of that agent actually being idle and available to route to were pretty low.

So this interoperability becomes now super important, right, around that a lot more flexibility in terms of making sure that you get it to the right agent at the right time, right, for those key use cases where you need to interrupt what they're currently doing.
Yes.
