Um, my name is Heba Saleh, and I'm gonna start sharing my screen now so you could see what I am seeing here on my end.

Well, thank you, and welcome to, um, the, the second to last talk, I think, in this AIP Summit.

Thank you so much to Jamie and the other hosts and everybody who participated in it, and thank you for the opportunity to be here.

This is my first time presenting in the AIP Summit, and I'm very excited to be here.

Uh, so let me go through and share a little bit of introduction first before, before I delve into my, the meat of, of what I'm gonna share today.

So before I get started, just quickly letting you know that everything here presented in this session is for your informational purposes only, and it's not intended to be a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

So always take the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with... and ask them any questions that you may, you may have regarding a medical condition.

So the title of my presentation is The Evidence for Mindset in Health Outcomes and Physical Healing.

I like pictures, so I'm gonna share a whole bunch of pictures of my story so you can get a good idea of where I'm coming from and how I came to be where I am today.

So this is, yes, about mindset, how your thoughts, your beliefs, and your daily practices can influence your physiology, your cells, your biology.

Um, and so before we delve into all the science, I wanna share why this topic, uh, actually matters so much to me.

My journey with mindset is not something that, you know, and healing didn't start in a classroom or in a research lab.

I actually, uh, start- it started my own life, [laughs] uh, in moments where I myself felt very overwhelmed, exhausted, unsure if I would ever feel like myself again.

This is me and Joe Sal- uh, J- Joel Salatin from Polyface Farms, you might recognize him, um, m- maybe back in 2013, long time ago.
