***Summary:*** Scaling an agency sounds great until the cracks start appearing. Projects go over budget, clients lose confidence, employees become disengaged, and suddenly you're spending more time…

I know, um, like we, we sold recently and before we sold about a year and a half prior, we got our first chance at like a, a enterprise client.

And we knew that this could either go very well, or this could like kind of kill the agency if we really screw this up.

Luckily, it led to more enterprise brands because it turns out that if you can do work for one big client, those big clients know a lot of other very similar businesses.

And then suddenly now you have a elevated sort of bit of a referral pipeline in a way.
Our experience with enterprise, it was actually, it was difficult for us to maintain all the relationship building within the organization
We work with Verizon, for instance, or GN, but there were shifts in the client organization.
But it was like that where all of a sudden we have 5, 10, 15 people staffed in one single company.
It's a great thing, but it's also a source of risk having all too many eggs in one basket, right? A large portion of our revenue coming from a small amount of clients.
