***Summary:*** You probably don’t need more leads, another hire, or the latest AI tool to grow your agency. You might just need to stop leaking profit, improve the value of your next 10 deals, and…

So most agency owners are looking for the next big thing that's going to move their business forward.

And usually that looks like more leads, more clients, the next hire, better software, maybe a cool new AI tool.

But some of the biggest opportunities are probably sitting right in front of you and you're just too buried in the day-to-day work to be able to see them.

So Let's talk about how we can implement some things to get us more profit from the clients that we currently have, more revenue from the deals that we are already in the middle of closing, and more capacity from the team that we already employ.

Now, none of these are going to require any sort of major project or a new hire or expensive software.

We actually just want to make sure that before we add any new complexity to the agency, we're getting the most out of what we've already got.

So we need to address the elephant in the room that almost every agency out there, probably you included, you are giving away too much work for free.

You know, one extra revision here, an additional campaign there, a quick request that's outside of scope that you just, it's easier just to do, maybe an extra meeting that was requested by the client.

And they often come from a place of good intention, right? We obviously, we want to maintain the client relationship.

But you just need to understand that exceptions become expectations if they happen again and again, because they stop being exceptions, right? They actually start being the rule.

And clients don't necessarily even understand the extra value that you're giving because you generally don't communicate it.
