Yeah, that's a really good question because when you think about time, there's a whole lot of things that we make time for.

I don't have the time to, okay, how about we have a look at your screen time and see where you're actually putting your time.

But then when you do dig a bit deeper, sometimes it might be about, am I feeling

something for me? Am I feeling like I'm not supposed to do something for me? Am I supposed to be doing everything for everyone else? I remember that feeling so well.

Doesn't that make me a good person? feeling of not good enough, that feeling of fear of failing, all of that idea of stepping out and doing the thing that you're wanting to do.

We're going to give ourselves, that excuse voice is going to give us all of these reasons not to do it because in some kind of way, it wants to keep us safe.
You just caught me in a shame moment of thinking, yes, I am that person that makes excuses of I don't have time.
But if I was to look in my phone at how much screen time I've had, I would just be like, you absolutely do have time.

I haven't done all these things and I'm saying I don't have time, but really I'm spending all this time in social media.
