And I love that you've got that, some of those keywords in there, like modernization, right? But also, you know, taking legacy on that journey as well.

And I think, you know, I'll talk a little bit about legacy is your legacy and something I've been really passionate about with Mainframe as well.

And day one, you're kind of keynoting in the Mainframe platform.

for DevOps kind of landscape.

And I think that's really exciting because, you know, most people won't think about, you know, mainframe when they're thinking about DevOps.

But, you know, that's not the case, is it?

No, although I will say that the mainframe space struggles more with DevOps, right? The tooling isn't as much there for mainframe developers as it's there for the open systems developers.

And companies have started realizing, and not all of them, but that they've got these big sites in their mainframe teams and their DevOps teams.

And I talked to people that use our automation software on the open system side, and I know they have mainframes because they also use our automation on the mainframe side.

And then I asked them about DevOps and they're like, that's another team.

So they're not all connecting the dots between DevOps and mainframe, and they're more focused on ops, right? And so one of the things we're working to do is try and raise awareness, right? Especially under our customer base, because we know there are companies that are focusing on DevOps on the mainframe.

In fact, we're working with a large financial institution that uses our Eclipse plugin for their JCL management solution.

And so they want to make sure that their JCL developers can work inside of, well, now it's BMC, CompuWare, Topaz, Workbench, right? But they love the Topaz workbench and they're trying to standardize on that.

And they wanted to have tooling built into Topaz, right, to enhance their DevOps experience on the mainframe.

And so we work with customers to try and provide solutions to bring them forward into DevOps on the mainframe, as well as, you know, we do lots of DevOps work off the mainframe.

But it's really important to us that we help our customers maintain their legacy.

There's a lot of companies who can't move off of the mainframe.

There's so much intelligence and business rules and they just can't get off the mainframe.

There's many that are doing it successfully, right? And we're working with them too.

We have solutions to help them, but it's about helping our customers go where they need to go.

And I think this kind of links into one of the things that I was really excited about when I was going through the ASG portfolio was around value stream management.

And when people think about value stream management, they typically thinking, maybe they're thinking shiny and new, And maybe they're thinking, in your terms, development value streams.

They're not thinking about operational value streams.

But I have this infinite question at the moment, which is, where is the value coming from within your organization? And I think for most organizations, and I'm going to use the word heritage, but I generally think probably the FTSE 100 or 500, you've got...
