First thing that comes to mind is having the right teams, investing in those teams, in their leaders.
If you have strong leaders, you are aligned, we are clear in expectation.
But if I'm thinking back of the last three, four years, I think that is the bigger learning.
We wouldn't have all those achievement with those amazing team that I have back in the office and without their commitment, dedication, their hard work.
