[upbeat music] The surveillance camera company Flock is making some changes after reports of police officers misusing the company's license plate reader technology.
The company now says it will delete its data after seven days instead of 30, require a criminal case number for every database search, and automatically lock out officers whose activity seems abnormal.
Still, privacy advocates say the changes at Flock don't go far enough, with the Center for Democracy and Technology calling it, "The same just trust us policy with a fresh coat of paint." And after months of backlash to the Ferrari Luce over its looks and its all-electric powertrain, one just sold at auction this weekend for $40 million.
That makes it among the highest values for any Ferrari ever, and likely the most anyone's ever paid for an EV.
It happened at the RM auction in Monterey, California, with proceeds going to charity.
