It sounds almost absurdly simple, and yet, in modern life, doing one thing at a time has become surprisingly difficult.
Today I want to talk about attention, about why we're constantly dividing it, what we may be losing because of that, and why something as ordinary as making a cup of tea can help us practice another way of living.
