Team USA 40K - Episode 1 - Pilot: Home Nations

Uh, so we decided to start a podcast for Team USA, and, uh, this is kinda designed to be, you know, s- as everything is, designed to be a couple things.

So this is trying to give people a little bit of a... a glimpse behind the curtain, a little bit of Team USA unfiltered.

Uh, Team USA and its role in the American community has long been that it's a little bit of a mysterious unknown.

Um, I know you, you've only been, you know, in the community for six years, and you've been with Team USA for four of those years.

And so-

Five.

[laughs]

Yeah, five now.

But you-

[laughs]

... started four, you- you've been here for five.

Yep.

So this is actually kind of interesting, is that you've never been aware of a Team USA that you weren't starting on, right? Am I correct?

For, uh-

Like, like-

There was very technically meant to be one team, but COVID shut it down.

But m- literally the first WTC that was possible to go to, while I was playing the game I wasn't there as a starter.

Yeah, like I don't think there's ever been an event that Team USA's attended where you haven't been on the team.

And-

Uh, just the one Home Nations.

[laughs]

Yeah, and you were, you were aware of us, 'cause, you know, you were, you were on the team, just not on that event.

[laughs]

Yep.
