It's June and if you're a teacher, you already know what that means. Report cards, field trips, end-of-year concerts, and a brain so full it starts leaking into your real life. This week, Nicole and…
Which is
interesting because that is literally the topic of today's episode was all the things that we are trying to do all the time.
But we realized that sometimes the wheels are going to fall off.
The balls are going to drop.
The plates are going to stop spinning.
We're going to be treading water.
We're going to have to keep somehow moving.
the circus going and how are we doing this? And the thing is, we're not doing it gracefully all the time and that's okay.
I think that when we share as teachers, as parents, as friends and spouses, the things in our life that we perhaps know that aren't going our way or that we need a I guess my biggest thing is when we were talking about possibly doing an episode around this is that June, it's overdrive.

pods.
We have to be into our Airbnb.
That seems overwhelming all at once.
And it is, but I'm trying to break it down into these bite-sized bits.
But I will say this, this week alone, for example, I forgot to book the pod that needs to come to my house.
So could you imagine, I'm assuming it's going to come on this day that we chose and it's just not here.
And then I start blaming, I don't know, Brandon, like, well, how come the pod's not here? Yeah.
Oh, my goodness.
Just things like that.
OK, it is now officially booked, just so you know.
But at the moment, I'm just like, oh, my gosh, I forgot to do that from a week ago.
So today I'll go through the list of things that I know you will, too.
Let's say, if you will, not perhaps attuned to as much as we think we are.
