There's not really one thing.

Like I said, it's more dependent upon the particular circumstance that the person is looking at.

A pied-a-terre buyer in Soho is going to get hit with multiple issues that they need to be concerned about.

But For the general consumer, the concerns are the same as they've always been.

How high is my maintenance going to go? Where are my property taxes going to go? Where are interest rates going? It's not so much regulation based.

It's more financing based.

I am excited about the co-op rules that are changing with board packages.

That's going into effect shortly where basically a co-op has to review a package within.

And I'm going to don't quote me on this within 15 days.

I don't know how it's going to be regulated.
