For me, it's volunteer work Mondays and Fridays, and I go to the gym Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, see friends when I can.
What do you notice from going to the gym? How do you mean? The benefits that you take from going.
Well, I've heard it's supposed to help encourage healing, something to do with hormones or something, and also, you know, got to get the hot summer bod going.
Well, prior to my injury, I did football for a very large part of my life before switching over to kickboxing.
And the injury, the trouble that you've had since then, how has that impacted your ability to play football and to do sport?
Well, kickboxing is definitely a big no-no. Yeah, I hit to the head and I could be gone.
And football, I wasn't playing it when I had my injury, but I can still kick a ball around, just have to be very careful.
