What's the type of – who do you want to be for yourself? I work as a coach too, Rob, and often I'll ask the question, hey, look, what is it that you really want for yourself? And it blows me away the number of guys that will go, oh, shit, oh, that's a good question.

A hundred percent because – people like i remember in my 30s being asked you know what what is it that you want and i couldn't answer that question um and then i i'd also remember people saying oh look you've got to have some values you've got to yeah you've got to have some values and and um or you know things like you've got to work out what you don't want then and then then sort of try and reverse engineer it and And then people would talk about values and I'd go away and I'd look at what other people were doing and I'd look around and I had a million and one business ideas and I'd go on.

So I think the problem with just asking what you want is unless you actually really know who you are, When you're looking around for what you want, you're just looking, oh, Jim across the road's got a bike.

Whatever it is, we start looking at the external world to try and figure out what, you know, we really, we need to go and, you know, internally, and we actually need to look at ourselves first and actually understand who we are.
