it is a dream and a wish um and we we've seen even senator cornyn who has tweeted out at mike lee and said you don't have the votes sorry um lisa murkowski from alaska has also said she doesn't support the bill because she has a number of constituents who would be very cost prohibitive to go fly somewhere to register.
Even if you get it done before the election, there is no way you can implement the changes before we actually have to vote in the midterm.
So I think the way that John Curtis is saying it is very nice that he supports voter ID, that he supports these things.
I had to prove that I was a citizen and show my birth certificate to get my driver's license to register to vote in the state of Utah.
