It, it does feel like we're going through a transition period where we've had a very strong influence from the government CFD, so the various rounds, you know, AR5, AR6, AR7, et cetera.
It's added, uh, some complications in terms of transaction prices between, uh, developers and buyers, and now it's almost like corporate interest is still there in PPAs, like it's not going away.
We still have those conversations, right, with the various procurement managers across the UK, but what they're looking for is, uh, is, is changing, it's transitioning.
So really important for developers to understand what that is, um, understand individual customers and, uh, you know, their, their kind of, uh, ideal scenario moving forward.
