Sh\*t Happens! How You Respond Is What Really Matters
Brian CasellaHost
stuff is going to happen how are you going to respond did i freak out no i said it is what it is contacted the people and said hey host other hosts co-hosts sorry guys i can't make it this is a situation i apologize if i can maybe jump in via zoom i would love to but it is what it is i know i was comped i'll even offer to reimburse my ticket because i'm bailing out last minute due to an emergency there we go now when i look back stuff like that always happens I just look now in 2026.

How do I respond to that compared to maybe 2013? Oh, this would have made me lose my shit 13 years ago when I was a brand new entrepreneur and real estate agent.

I understand that in this realm that we live in of possibilities of what can happen, that's just one possibility.

What I love about this teaching, when you look at the universal laws is to the degree, right? That pendulum swings.

If I allow it to affect me, and I really hold onto that emotion and I let it wreck me, I'm letting that pendulum swing heavy this way.

So to that same token on the opposite end, whenever something good happens, I bask in it, I gloat in it a little bit too much, I hold onto it, I don't wanna let it go.

Now when something bad happens and I don't, I've already created the rhythm here.

So if anytime something good happens, you never want that feeling to go away and you hold onto it so tight, well, the opposite's gonna get you.

When something bad happens and you're gonna wanna push it far away, it's not gonna work.

And as simple as that sounds, as silly as that sounds to some of you, maybe this is the first time you're hearing it, it's true.
