In this episode of Superhumanistic, David and Jessica dive deep into Roxie Nafousi’s acclaimed book on manifestation, breaking down her transformative 7-step guide to creating the life you want…
so this week we're going to be talking about manifestation so i know i'm really into this my wife probably hears a bunch of tick tock videos in the background when i'm in the bathroom getting ready for bed or something like that um listen to this guy like uh hamza the alchemist and just a lot of old ai type videos with like alan watts and other people like that so really into this manifestation thing myself but before you kind of turn this off because you think it's going to be about another vision board which is actually right behind me for those watching this video I'm pointing to our vision board back there or if it's about manifesting another sports car we're actually going to go a little bit deeper and focus on a particular aspect of this
Yeah, we are going to be giving you some practical steps of how to manifest things in your life.
And manifest, it's really like looking at self-development, right? And creating our best versions of ourselves to then get the things that we are really wanting in our lives.
So we're really looking at this book by Roxy Nafusi.
Her best-selling book, it's called Manifest, Seven Steps to Living Your Best Life.
I found out about this book through an article on Poosh, which is Kardashian, Kourtney.
No, not Kourtney.
I always get them all mixed up.
One of the Kardashians, like... line that she does is called Push and Roxy was on there with this book.
So what makes her approach very popular is that she has these very practical steps in manifesting what we actually want in our lives.
So it's not like this magical, you know, a lot of us think, oh, we're going to manifest and it's
just going
to poof be there for us it's not that um it's actual self-development steps and actionable mindset shifts that she focuses on within the book so that we have those behavioral changes that lead to us actually getting what we want
All right.
I mean, I will disagree a little bit with the whole magical thinking part.
I do think that faith is super important.
Having faith in the not yet unseen is very powerful.
And also when you go into this kind of so-called magical thinking.
When it comes to manifesting, it's not always about logic.
Actually, it's more about that deeper subconscious and energy and things like that when you're creating your identity, which then at that point you go out into the world and doors start to open.
You start to take actions that actually lead to your manifestation based on how you feel inside.
This will focus more again on those more practical things.
And, you know, we're going to be talking a little bit more about building that confidence, perhaps landing your dream job or some sort of dream creative project.
Also making sure that you're not sabotaging yourself.
So we're going to go ahead and jump into seven actionable steps that you can start doing today.
