**SUPER SORRY® is the fun podcast about superhero apologies.** Each episode, hosts Amber and Todd look at a MCU movie and ask who messed up, who changed, and who maybe should have just said I'm sorry…
When heroes face impossible choices and every victory comes with a cost, one podcast dares to ask, what if they just said sorry? This is Super Sorry.
welcome to super sorry where we break down superhero stories through the lens of accountability communication and one big question what could have been solved with a truly honest apology
we're todd and amber creative collaborators marvel fans and people who can't stop asking what accountability looks like when there are no easy answers
This show is for Marvel fans, superhero fans, and anyone who has ever found themselves trying to do the right thing while wondering if they somehow made everything worse.
Today we're talking about Avengers Infinity War, a story that asks what happens when even the people trying to do the right thing are faced with no good options.
That's our big question today.
When every choice feels wrong, what does accountability look like? Because in this movie, people are forced to make impossible decisions.
Sometimes the best choice still hurts someone.
It's these tough moments that make this movie so difficult to unpack.
We can understand why someone made a choice and still question whether it was the right one.
And I think the circumstances matter too.
If someone is acting out of love, fear, or despair.
I
don't know.
I think consequences matter more than intentions.
Just because a choice is understandable doesn't mean you're less responsible for what happens next.
Okay, we might disagree today.
Because to me, throughout Infinity War, people make decisions that are completely understandable.
But those decisions, they still have enormous consequences.
Which means today's conversation, it's about what happens when the stakes get so high that every available path comes with a cost.
So...
Go grab your infinity stone
holding gauntlet glove.
But please don't collect all six infinity stones because we know exactly where that's headed.
And let's talk about accountability when there are no easy answers.
And if we miss something or get it wrong,
we are super sorry.
