check all these things all the time and like okay if this is out of range how can i make it in range how can i make it more optimized instead of just going for a physical every once in a while and then doing the normal lab work and they're like oh this is high here's your medication to to So keep it down.

Because besides a select few practitioners or practitioners that you selected, they're doing the minimal amount of diagnostic screening, meeting your insurance-based criteria.

And at that point in time was a shift where we're at now, where it's kind of like my mom and patients.

There's a generation where you listen to your doctor and you take their word.

So like, it was weird at that point in time to want to be better than normal.

like imagine every doctor you've ever been to, they're like really out of shape.

It's like, usually you're like taking advice from like, not even just not necessarily saying somebody that's like, I'm not talking about muscular.

let me go to college, take a course in entrepreneurship from a guy that's never launched a business.
