I really wanna take this micro momentum approach to where we're just adding something small that's very attainable.
You wanna do something a little more intense? Maybe we finish with, um, you know, I was talking to Dr.
Mike Nelson the other day, who I, who I absolutely love, and, you know, he's got this, uh, six-minute protocol, which I like, where he just has you hop on a bike and you go two minutes easy, two minutes harder, and then two minutes pretty hard.
And then, like, that, and you do that, like, six days a week, and you start getting in.
Like, that for you is gonna be easier for you to accomplish because it's not gonna take a lot of time.
Turning to you every day saying, "Hey, man, at the end of the day, can you give me six minutes on the AirBike?" You're gonna be like, "Oh, that's easy." Like, seriously, like you won't even put your headphones on.
I think the mistake people are making is they think this has gotta be an extra 30 to 45 minutes of commitment every day.
Like, if we get six minutes a day times six, and this was Mike's, Dr. Nelson's protocol that I, I fell in love with, you know, that's gonna be an extra 36 minutes a week.
That's almost an extra 150, you know, what is that? An extra 150 minutes a month, like, of, of, of, you know, you got some moderate intensity intervals there.
