Well, hey everybody, welcome to Stronger Weekly brought to you by Purist Nutrition.
If it is your first time stopping by the show, thanks so much for giving us a try.
September's here, and man, I am ready for fall, and school is back in session.
My wife, Meg, and I, we've got three littles at home with us, and man, fall is fun, but it is busy.
For me, three kids, a full-time job, I'm committed to this podcast, which is a weekly podcast, by the way.
We've got soccer and gymnastics and practices and chores to do and bills and homework and bedtime.
It's like Groundhog Day sometimes and it is busy, but guess what? Through it all, and this is the purpose of this episode, I don't miss workouts and I eat clean.
I never have missed workouts and I always seem to just eat clean and dial in my nutrition.
It's a way of doing life that somehow, some way, and sometimes by the skin of my teeth, I can keep this train on the tracks from a fitness perspective in this short, chaotic season I find myself in.
And today on the episode, I'm gonna unpack how the hell I seem to pull this off.
So today it's just me and a microphone and I'm giving you five things, five tips, if you will, that allow me, a completely maxed out guy, eat well, sleep decently, train consistently, and still, still, I promise somehow, leave some room for fun and friendship and all the good stuff.
