It was excellent and as I've said in the podcast, the reality of being there and having refereed there was great but to sit outside it and just be part of that history of the first New Zealand team winning the championship was excellent and to be involved in that and some of the small things we did, we talked about the jersey stuff we've done this year and I'm And I hazard a guess there was a few referees who were pretty impressed with what we did, which was
Yeah, I think that initiative of presenting the shirt and then having the guests in the changing room afterwards, I think this last two grand finals really brought home to us how important that is to have things like that and to celebrate.
To support those people, also give a little bit of something to the people back who supported you through the course of the season as well is really good, isn't it?
They support you throughout the season, so to have them there to be part of that process and that presentation was really, really good.
