Maybe the people in one way or another really stress you out, and that's one of the biggest reasons why you literally can't stand your job anymore.
Or number four, this was a big reason for me as well, is the purpose element.
A lot of people will just fall into the bucket of like, "Oh, start a side hustle." But actually, I do feel like there's better ways to earn more money if that's a big reason why you wanna leave your job.
First, you have to ask yourself, does your job have more earning potential? What I mean by this is can you actually get promoted within the company? Can you sidestep? Can you get promoted? Can you maybe get a referral, again, within the company, outside the company? Think genuinely, like, is there more earning potential in this job? Do I need an extra qualification? Do I need more experience? Can I skill stack? Maybe I actually don't need to leave or go anywhere, but simply if I have a new skill that I make my boss aware of, like, that will increase my earning potential.
I d- I've recently been doing that with my clients where I negotiate pay rises, and it's tough.
It's a really good book all about negotiation and, like, how to feel confident, like, presenting what you deserve.
