And I want to talk about quarter four quarter four is really always going to be my favorite time of year.

And one of the things that I've really done really well with all the estheticians that I'm coaching and working with, even in our school, we are preparing for quarter four, like quarter four is like totally game time.

And in that game time conversation, it comes back to, we already know clients are coming in for gift certificates, retail sales.

So preparing our business for quarter four is something I always get excited for because we see an increase in services and we see an increase in retail.

What I find with most estheticians that I work with and students in my school, they're not ready for quarter four.

Even if I were to come and tell you at the beginning of the year, the number one time of year that you're going to make the most money in your business is going to be from October to December.

What would you do? And a lot of estheticians are kind of like, okay, well, then I guess I'm just going to wait until it gets to October instead of preparing all year long for October.

October is typically where I'm going to coach most estheticians and I'm going to encourage them to do the client appreciation.

Typically, it's going to be in October because a lot of stuff slows down in October.

So right before we get that big boost in November, especially with Black Friday, small business, Cyber Monday, Thanksgiving, Thankful Tuesday, and then heading into December till the end of the year, which is a sprint, we're going to definitely go up.

And we're going to see a big increase, right? Because now we've offered our client appreciation.

Now, most of my old coaching clients are still doing client appreciation in October because we have prepared and most of them work with me for a year or longer.
