We know that when you use your strengths in the job that you do, that's how you have an impact.

That's how we feel like we are sort of doing something that feels motivating and meaningful and something that gives you energy.

So maybe you might ask yourself a question like, well, which one of my strengths did I use today? Do a bit of strength spotting for yourself.

Now, if that's missing, if you're like no strengths, no strengths today or no strengths for a couple of days in a row, perhaps in a one-to-one with your manager situation, You might want to talk a bit about, I've got a strength of problem solving, turning complexity into clarity, whatever it might be.

Maybe you've got a couple of ideas you could share with your manager and then you can involve them in saying like, how else or where else do you think I could use that strength that might be helpful for our team? Because you always want to be using those strengths ideally in service of the team that you're in or the organization that you're in.
