25 kilometers of trail.

We're ready to get her going.

You can hear the road pretty loud just when you start the trail.

But as soon as we rounded the corner, we started to see more of the beauty of Heart Creek.

I don't know if you all can hear the rushing water in the background, but

it sounds corny to say, but I think it's really important for people to get out of the city as much as they can.

Because we talk about sustainability and we talk about preserving nature, but it's very easy to disconnect oneself from that.

And I think it's important to be here, to see it, to hear it, to smell it, to touch it.

And to know that this is what we're protecting.

It's a pretty incredible sight.

Admiring the view had us thinking a lot about how we can respect our time in the trail.

Trail etiquette is something that we were thinking a lot about as we went up.

So things like giving space to wildlife, staying on the beaten path, and leaving no trace.
