So what are some of those skills for today's modern global women's soccer player?

The first is growth mindset.

You know, the, and the importance of recognizing whatever got you to this point won't necessarily get you to the next one.

Gotta have a constant growth mindset in and around performance, and the second is resilience, and developing your resiliency, uh, in no matter what it looks like.

Peter Sarsgaard.

I'm always attracted to playing storytellers.

You know, I would even say, like, I was doing Presumed Innocent before and after I did this.

We sandwiched this in the middle of that shoot.

Both of them are storytellers on some level.

One's a prosecuting attorney, which is what they do, and one of them made the Olympics, something that my Aunt Mary would wanna watch, who never watched any sports in her life but the Olympics, because of that storytelling element that he put in there.

What I think a leader, whether it's a sports team or in business running a company, urgency's vital.

There has to be someone in the building that when employees walk in, that they feel urgency as soon as they walk through those doors, that today matters, and we have some urgency in what we're trying to do.
