It's something I think every single person struggles with, and I think it is something that some appear to have a lot of, but I wanna kind of unpack this and probe because I think sometimes people seem to have it, but it's not really, really that either.

Confidence is something we all struggle with, and we often put things on hold until we feel more confident in our ability to be able to do it, whatever the thing is.

And words like, "I'll start the business when I feel more confident to do it," "I'll have the conversation when I know exactly what to say," "I'll post the thing, apply for the thing, say yes to the thing when I finally feel like the kind of person who gets to do the thing," right? So we are, it's this narrative that we have in our heads over and over again that when we feel more confident, right? 'Cause we hear a lot about, what is it called? Feeling like a fraud.

And we get stuck in that, and we think that we'll take action once we feel confident, when in fact it's more about taking the action and then confidence comes.

So even those who do appear to be confident, I think that that's usually reliant on very fragile kinds of things.
And then there is real confidence that I would say is based on a true connection to one's soul.
We were talking about somebody else that we know who presents as very, very confident, and that person, although, yes, he does present as confident, often does have confidence.
