The Iced Texas Tea recipe:
Ingredients
- 6 oz strongly brewed black tea, chilled
- 1–2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 2 oz milk or half-and-half
- Ice
- ½ oz vanilla syrup, optional
- Pinch of salt, optional but recommended
Fill a tall glass with ice. Stir the chocolate syrup into the chilled black tea until completely incorporated. Add the milk and vanilla syrup, then stir well. A tiny pinch of salt helps the chocolate pop.
