talk about executive presence and, and communication is one of those legs of executive presence along with gravitas and appearance and that kind of stuff.
And, and so if you can't get out of your head into the world, it's not going to work.
And it doesn't mean just strictly in the written form, because you're going to have to appear before people.
You're going to have to appear before your employees and, and, And the the clients and you know, if you're if you're CEO, that doesn't mean that you're locked in a closet for as long as your CEO, and you don't get out, you've got to communicate in a lot of different ways.
Some people try to hold back, right? I love that topic that I know you teach on is why people, some leaders would not share, would stay silent and not say things that are important.
