And so as we begin to practice the practice, I want to invite us to take a few moments this morning and just rest your eyes.

Take a really comfortable gaze if you're not comfortable with closing your eyes.


And as you exhale and breathe out, exhale the pressures of the world, the spinning of the headlines, the weight of this week.

Whether that visual is a warm and fuzzy blanket, a favorite piece of clothing that makes you feel seen, a hug from someone here or departed that you love dearly.
