And we also made part of it that you could give a portion of the money collected to charity if you wanted, because we wanted to make the whole experience a really gracious and wonderful experience rather than a transactional one.

I think that's very, very relatable for a lot of people who have just given a gift card or wrote a card.

And also just for businesses too, in the business environment, I think a lot of times there's always somebody who's kind of stuck organizing the card or the person who's signed it in the elevator like 30 seconds before it gets handed over.

And so I think just from that sort of standpoint, I think you're going to resonate with a lot of people who are like, there's got to be a better way.

So you obviously built this around the birthdays and maybe the anniversaries, maybe the farewells.

I want to zoom out a second because I don't think companies realize just how much of these small moments actually matter and add up.

So there's a pretty wild... stat that I came across when researching your company in this industry, it's 79% of employees who quit their job cite lack of appreciation as the primary reason for leaving.

And then Gallup found only 22% of employees say they get the right amount of recognition for the work they do.

And I'm curious, I want to ask you, why do you think companies underestimate the small stuff like the birthdays, the farewells, the little moments of recognition?

I push back on that a little bit because I think that companies realize that recognition is important.

I think a lot of companies decide that, oh, we've got, you know, we've got merchandise.

And so rather than it feeling like truly a heartfelt recognition of their hard work, it feels very transactional and something that benefits the company rather than benefiting the employees.

And so I think grouped together as a platform, we're very intentional about that, especially with the messages that people write.

We've introduced, and a lot of times people have a hard time writing a message, even someone that they work with for years.

So we introduced what we call the magic message writer, which is using AI to to take your own words and craft them in a way that's that could be a little bit more um heartfelt or we um can make it a little bit longer because a lot of the a lot of the messages sometimes for say a retirement are you know it was great knowing you hope you have a good life sort of thing and so we can we use um ai to actually help you craft a more memorable message
