Such a quick and easy salad to make. Tabbouleh just tastes so good, it must be healthy.
Today we're, just a little bonus episode, but we're in the kitchen and I'm going to be making a, like a Daboudi salad, which is just a salad with fresh vegetables.
We're going to do cucumber and tomato and a bit of parsley and maybe some olives and And then there's the grain.
So we've got some bulgur wheat to go with that, some bulgur grain.
So I'm out on the polytunnel now and I'm just going to pick some fresh tomatoes off the vine for the salad.
And there's some lovely ones looking very ripe and red here.
So let's just get a few of them in the punnet to use.
And there's some lovely cherry tomatoes.
Oh, they're lovely colour now, and there's plenty of them.
So I'm going to pick them all while I'm out here, because even if I don't use them all today, we want to take them off the vine and let the green tomatoes ripen.
Oh, they look lovely.
I'm going to resist the urge.
today to eat them because I want them for the salad.
There's quite a lot.
There's loads here now to choose from.
I'm also going to get some parsley while I'm here today as well for this tabbouleh salad.
So tabbouleh is one of those things where you can mix whatever you like into it really, all sorts of things.
It's just a fresh Fresh mixture of what you have knocking around.
You can put chopped peppers in if you like.
All sorts of things.
But it's a nice, crunchy, fresh.
Oh, look at all these now.
Wonderful.
I think I'm gonna fill this punnet.
Fantastic.
Lovely.
