Be Kind

Today, I'm feeling a little bit philosophical because life throws things at you and you have to deal with them.

So I want to give you a little bit of backstory.

Basically, what I want to say to everyone today is to just try and be kind.

Be kind to everyone.

Be kind to the people you meet.

You don't know what they're going through.

You don't know what hardships they have.

You don't know who they've lost or... or if someone's ill in their family or they're ill themselves, you know, pain doesn't show all the time.

A lot of time people are in anguish about something and it may not show and they may not tell you.

So, you know, treat everyone with a bit of respect and a bit of kindness and the way you would want to be treated if you're going through hardships.
