Like, as a young athlete with wheels like this and the aerobic engine, and, you know, just kinda bringing in the science to support her, it just makes me so excited.

We've been doing these for a year now, and they've really helped her level up the aerobic system.

And then finally for men, Charlie Sweeney, who was top 10 at the Boilermaker 15K, running 4:47 pace on a course with 500 feet of climbing, um, doing these for big-time aerobic sessions.
