Ep. 622 - Soap Party

Well, I'm going to say, you know, I'm going to change the news around, because speaking of alive, I've got to say, I know the NBA community, I'm really still sad.

That happened today with Stacey King.

That shocked me.

The man was literally just tweeting out yesterday, and I'm like, are you kidding me? It's not really reports on how he went in.

I know one person reported it probably was a four, but we don't know 100%.

So if you were in the Chicago Bulls area, I know a lot of people was going through it over there.

So Stacey King, who was a commentator for a long time and won three championships with the Jordan Bulls back in the 90s, he passed.

So that was sad.

Obviously, then we have another passer, and I think Candace would take this away of Peebo Bryson.

I

forgot what day he passed, but I

know he passed recently as well.

So if you follow TV Insider, they killed this man on Wednesday.

He passed away, I believe, actually on Thursday at age 75.

The man was still touring.

He was still touring.

He literally was touring last week, well, the week prior, and he had a few other tour dates as well.

P-Bro represented two generations of fandoms.

There's the Disney fandom because he's sung.

of Whole New World from Aladdin, and Beauty and the Beast.

You guys know that song, right? But to another fandom, he gave us four, not three, but four, because I just remembered the fourth one, of soap opera songs.

Clearly, the top two were One Life to Live theme song.

You guys know what it is, okay? And, of course, both parties did tweet about it as well as the show, and I think that was very honorable of Days of Our Lives, Peter Rockwell and Kristen Alfonso to also tweet because people, along with Roberta Flack, gave one of the best songs out there too, Tonight I Celebrate My Love.

Now, here's a little known fact.

People did another song for Days of Our Lives for Kim and Shane, Learning the Ways of Love.
