Jennifer RamseyHostI have people will text me and message me and want to share something that's happened with work.
I'm someone who loves studying human behavior and culture, and I'm on a mission to fix our workplaces.
I also have, I will tell you, people who I don't know and will probably never meet send me really intense DMs about what's happening at work, and it breaks my heart.
On one hand, I can think, how dare they show up in my inbox with these stories? On the other hand, I think, wow, you have no one else to reach out to and you're reaching out to me because social media creates a false sense of familiarity.
the podcast right i'm listening to monica lewinsky's podcast now i've discovered i think she's my best friend right especially in the audio format as you know as podcasters right and so i look at it and i think wow like this person's hurting so much there's something happening at work work either with a boss or a colleague they've chosen me to reach out to so when i can i try to try to respond

We'll dive into your book and how it applies to so many people and particularly for the legal industry, which I'm sure you weren't writing with one industry in mind, but it does apply.

I think that's probably what makes it a bestseller is that it's so applicable across all of the industries.

But I will say there's one little there's one little thing that I think you wrote about that people are this part is a little conniving and I love it that people are sending the book to their bad bosses
