Selma Blair's Plane Problem, Milania Giudice and Richard Gere's Gerbil Gate with Allen Salkin

Did you guys hear about Selma Blair? Holy shit.

Selma Blair, of course, the actor, uh, known for Cruel Intentions and so many other, other pieces of pop culture, um, she had an airplane incident, um, which we are finding out more and more about.

She caused chaos on a Delta Airlines plane where she punched one flight attendant and she bit another in the middle of a flight.

Now, this was from LAX to JFK, which is the same flight we're gonna be taking to New York in a couple of weeks.

My God, could you imagine if I was on this flight with Selma Blair? Um, so TMZ, uh, they obtained the dispatch audio And they requested medical personnel at the gate after reports of minor injuries, including a bloody nose and bite marks.

And Selma Blair was arrested and taken to the hospital for evaluation where, um, she had to...

I mean, th- this is insane.

So it was like a developing story all day today, which I love when TMZ, you know, is like developing story and then they keep updating their posts.

So they're like, "We have more details.

One of the flight attendants sustained a laceration and the other a bite." Oh my God, imagine having to get a rabies shot because of Selma Blair.

Um, then when the ambulance reached the hospital...

So okay, so this happened on the plane, and then law enforcement tells TMZ when Blair was in the ambulance en route to the hospital, she repeatedly kicked a Port Authority police officer in the head.

And when the ambulance reached the hospital, Blair allegedly assaulted a nurse who has pressed charges.

The state has charged Blair with two counts of assault, one on a police officer and another on a nurse.

Um, TMZ also obtained more audio from an eyewitness of when Blair was exiting the plane at J- JFK Airport, and you can hear her screaming bloody murder as an alarm rings.

The FBI issued Selma a federal summons, which is called a violation notice.

We're told the summons charges her federally with assault within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

Maritime, now this is like reminding me of Below Deck, which by the way, then they had footage of Selma Blair leaving the courthouse tonight, and she looked like a younger Captain Sandy.

I, I wish you...

You go check out these photos.

She looked very Captain Sandy to me.

Not that I should be bringing up Captain Sandy right now, but just I said maritime, so it reminded me.

Now, Selma's lawyer is, uh, offering an explanation for this violent meltdown on the flight, claiming that Selma missed several doses of medication and a head injury are to blame.

During Blair's arraignment in criminal court Monday, her attorneys argued the alleged attacks and subsequent arrest were due to severe confusion caused by the missed meds and a fall where she hit her head, according to page six.

Her lawyer told the judge Blair, w- uh, who was seen leaving court, has missed multiple doses of a powerful medication used to manage serious neurological symptoms, seemingly pointing to her battle with multiple sclerosis, uh, sclerosis, MS, which I believe she revealed, uh, that she was suffering from in like two thousand eighteen, two thousand nineteen.
