This is the final episode of Slow It Down, but also the beginning of something new and exciting! I've really enjoyed the past few years of this podcast, being able to slow down and chat with some…

Really just started, I started this podcast with the hope of bringing more mindfulness and awareness to the chaotic times that we're living in because I felt like it was so needed.

Everything was so loud and noisy and I was like, you know what, we just need like a little space to breathe every week.

And particularly in the era that I'm in, working full time with two kids, three and under, I just wanted to catch up every week and remind myself and hopefully you what actually really matters in life, what it is to be human.

And I've loved challenging myself with these longer form conversations, speaking to really interesting people.

I really wanted to hone in on that in a world that feels so divided with polarity and everyone's always talking about our differences.

But it is in those moments of imperfection that the beauty of life is truly discovered.

And ultimately, when we struggle and We're pushed out of our comfort zone and we grow.

And so that's been such a common thing during this project, I guess, is that we are all going through it.

But yeah, time and time again, I've come back to the fact that, you know, life is not about the big showy moments.

And they're the ones that can truly transform how we experience life, bringing mindfulness to the mundane.
