Now, obviously, you've been doing some really great things in real estate.
How is the real estate, uh, market looking right now?

It's been a little different this year in comparison to the last five or six.

Uh, it leveled out a bit more, um, similarly to where we were at pre-COVID.

Um, still very competitive in a lot of departments, and others maybe, um, not as much.

You know, the, the inventory has been, um, you know, consistently older and, you know, buyers are becoming more picky, so it's been, uh, more fun to navigate.
Yeah
It was, like, volatile.
Has it kinda steadied, steadied since COVID?

Uh, obviously, interest rates were about half of what they are now, so that played a big impact.

It's been, um, you know, kinda stabilizing things, so I, I would say overall pretty healthy.
More supply than demand right now? Or more demand than supply?

Um, I've just found that buyers over the last year or two, in comparison to the last five or six, have not been, uh, as willing to compromise on certain variables just to get their hands on something.

They seem to be, you know, waiting and more patient until the right thing comes up, something that ideally would need less work.

You know, the type of buyer seems to want more turnkey or move-in-ready product.
