This is another one of our guests who has stepped into the space out of just their own journey.

We've seen it with Lindsay and others that, in their own journey, stepped into the social media podcast world, and in her case, really just YouTube.

So it's really fascinating how this has really developed over the last few years with these different guests of ours.

But I think what's, uh, really interesting is there's no topic that's really off limits for her.

So really a refreshing conversation coming from a completely different angle that I think we really ever had before, you know, as, as just sort of hearing her journey and her growth in sleep.

And, you know, it's, it's interesting, you know, to hear her perspective, but also to know that there are resources that are out there for people who, you know, might need that type of service.

You know, I think we l- definitely learned a lot about her, uh, and what she's working on today.

But, you know, it's also interesting that, uh, this was a complete ego boost for, uh, Mr. Manicaro.
